9. Thea's Death

Oliver was understandably heartbroken to learn that his sister's Earth-2 doppelganger had died in the years following his own doppelganger's disappearance, but did you recognise anything familiar about the circumstances of her death?

Moira told Oliver that Thea died of a Vertigo overdose on her 18th birthday which, if you think about it, is a more tragic version of what happened to Earth-1 Thea on her 18th birthday.

During the 11th episode of the series, 'Trust But Verify', Thea thought that Moira was having an affair with Malcolm Merlyn and, in an attempt to rebel, she got high on Vertigo and ended up crashing her brand new car. Thankfully, she survived and Laurel managed to save her from serving time in jail.

Unfortunately, Earth-2 Thea wasn't quite as lucky.
