Batman v Superman v Doctor Who: 10 Heroic Connections

6. David Harewood - Joshua Naismith/Hank Henshaw

The most up to date Doctor Who/Superman bridger of divides is David Harewood. He helped David Tennant's Doctor out the battered blue door in The End Of Time as cunning Joshua Naismith, and is now following Tennant's lead by portraying a comic book adversary in upcoming CBS series Supergirl. Harewood will become Hank Henshaw, an astronaut with a dark secret who's bound to cause all manner of trouble for Melissa Benoist's Kara Zor-El. This news come hot on the heels of his Time Lord opponent's new job, as Tennant gears up to play the evil Kilgrave in A.K.A Jessica Jones. Also worth acknowledging is Harewood's short-lived stint in social media sitcom Selfie, where he starred alongside ex-Pond/Nebula actress Karen Gillan.
