Battlestar Galactica: All Human Cylon Models Ranked From Worst To Best

6. Galen Tyrol

Battlestar Galactica Cylon
Universal

Chief Galen Tyrol, probably, suffered more than any other character who managed to set foot on Earth by the end. Though there were more than a few who died along the way, this poor model almost lost his mind, did lose his wife, discovered his son wasn't his, almost killed himself on a number of occasions and was nearly airlocked by the President.

His struggles truly began in the second season when, unbeknownst to anyone, echoes of his true nature entered his dreams and he had thoughts of killing himself. In one of his stupors, he attacked his future wife, Cally. Though she forgave him that time, she would not forgive the reveal of his Cylon side.

Oddly, he was the first of his group to accept the truth of their discovery. He drifted then, failing in his duties while attempting to force himself to go on. Most unfortunately, this left him as a prime target for Boomer - manipulating him into helping her kidnap Hera.

Aaron Douglas was, despite the pain his character went through, one of the hearts of Battlestar Galactica - whether that heart was beating or ticking.
