Battlestar Galactica: All Human Cylon Models Ranked From Worst To Best
5. Colonel Saul Tigh
Saul Tigh was one of the true shockers in all of Battlestar Galactica. He had been one of the loudest voices against any co-operation with the Cylons. He had led the insurgency while on Occupied Caprica and he had even poisoned his wife, Ellen, once it became apparent that she had colluded with the Cylons, in exchange for his freedom from a prison cell.
However, through all of that, he had been a sleeper agent, sent down to the Colonies to get, as Cavil put it, a front row seat to an apocalypse. This was punishment for the final five Cylons' hubris and lack of understanding. Not even the other Cylon models, bar Cavil, knew of his identity.
Michael Hogan is electric as the damaged Cylon officer, drinking his way into oblivion throughout the Fleet's exodus. He nearly succombs to his demons on several occasions, yet he manages to keep going. Out of the final five, he is the only one never to question his loyalty to Admiral Adama and the human race, with the exception of Anders.
While his marriage may have been toxic from time to time, he and Ellen were meant for each other through it all. They finally accept their love for each other and start a new life on Earth.
