Better Call Saul: 10 Easter Eggs From The Pilot You Have To See

2. That Guys Look Familiar...

The attention to detail in Better Call Saul is insane, as it was in Breaking Bad. For a show that was originally going to be set and filmed in California, the show really took to its Albuquerque setting, and put in all those little local references. That attention to detail sort of implies that anything and everything that has even a whiff of Breaking Bad in €œUno€ was probably intentional. Such as that flash forward scene, where Saul Goodman is lying low with a new identity, a job, and a nice house. He also has a very different look to the Jimmy McGill of this episode €“ less hair, for one thing €“ but also to the Saul Goodman last seen in Breaking Bad's final season. With that moustache, those yellow glasses and shorter hair, in fact, Saul Goodman looks a lot like...well, Walter White, as he appeared in publicity materials around the later seasons and those times he wore the shades to look badass. Even in his death, Saul can't escape the influence of Heisenberg. On his wardrobe, anyway.
