Brooklyn Nine-Nine: Every Season Finale Ranked Worst To Best
2. Suicide Squad (Season Six)
The latest Suicide Squad movie might have bombed at the box office, but this episode sure didn't. The finale to season six was an epic outing that saw a bunch of fan-favourite characters jump back into the picture, had some fantastic twists and turns, and some of the funniest moments in the show.
In this episode, Jake brings together a group of the Nine-Nine's former enemies - The Vulture, Madeline Wunch and C.J. - to work alongside himself and the squad, to take down Commissioner Kelly before he can put his Stingray phone tracker into operation.
Seeing these characters come back is always a delight, and watching them all here at the same time was a treat viewers never thought they'd see. In addition, the plot to this one was incredibly compelling, with backstabbing, secret plans and clever moments galore.
Plus, it wrapped up one of the show's biggest overarching narratives, that being the tyrannical rule of Commissioner Kelly. Seeing the villain brought down was incredibly cathartic, and you got to enjoy the typical back and forth from Holt/Wunch throughout the whole thing.
