9. Emma Caulfield (Anya Jenkins)

Buffy cast
Mutant Enemy Productions

Emma Caulfield played former vengeance demon Anya Jenkins from season Three until the show's conclusion, where she was violently killed off in the final battle against the First Evil.

Since leaving the show, Caulfield has stuck mostly to TV, but had roles in films such as the horror flick Darkness Falls (2003), the rom-com Timer (2009), and the comedy-drama Back in the Day (2014).

On TV, she had recurring and guest roles in shows like Monk, Private Practice, Gigantic, Life Unexpected, Once Upon A Time and Fear the Walking Dead.

In 2004, she made the web-movie Bandwagon, playing a fictionalised version herself. The film was never picked up for distribution, but Caulfield uploaded it to YouTube along with a twelve-part series follow-up in 2010. She also wrote the web-comic Contropussy.

As with many of the Buffy cast, she can usually be found attending conventions, talking to fans about the show and her iconic role in it.
