5. Panties - Officer Krupke (Season 7, Episode 8)
Despite his supposed carelessness, Larry for the most part has good intentions and this is demonstrated no better by his willingness to help a friend out. However absurd, outrageous and dramatic these requests may be, Larry more often than not looks to help his friends.
This side if Larry is most frequently exhibited by his continued tolerance and loyalty to his closest friend Jeff. In season seven, Larry again is called upon to cover for his agent after Susie finds women underwear in Jeff's car. Rather than admit to adultery, Jeff lies by telling Susie that the panties are Larry's, explaining that he likes to wear them.
Larry reluctantly agrees and becomes the subject of close inspection for Susie, who seems intent on proving that Jeff had indeed been cheating on her. The episode concludes with a classic Curb ending, as the two episode plots combine for Larry's pantie reveal in front of Officer Krupke and a shocked Susie.
"Who are you?", proclaims Susie, as a relieved Jeff gleefully grins at his totally bewildered wife. Would your friends do this for you? Likely not.
