As popular a genre as fantasy is, it's hard to maintain interest in the shows and films that are let down by the visual presentation of the very elements that the genre depends upon: The fantasy. Yes, it's a shame that things as simple as poor special effects can undercut good scripts, but it's happened far too many times over the years to pretend that it doesn't. Thankfully, that doesn't appear to be the case with Cursed.

Whether its the high quality sets, the stunning visuals of bottomless caverns or just one of the terrifying monsters we're bound to encounter during the show's 10-episode season, the production values on Cursed look to be absolutely insane... and, as we've seen in previous fantasy adaptations like Game of Thrones and The Witcher, that will undoubtedly aid in making it a more immersive experience.
