"Maybe we created him. All of us." The trailer's introduction of Karen finds her feeling rather guilty about the actions of Frank Castle, thinking that Daredevil's outside-the-law vengeance has opened the door for others to take matters into the own hands, ones that don't stop at the same point his do. It's an interesting point that again draws into question Daredevil's own methods and the notion of vigilantism, and whether Daredevil is a hero or not, and very nicely positions Castle as not a counterpoint to Murdock, but just a very extreme version of him.
