5. Casually Blowing Up An Immortal Supervillain

With Rip Hunter once more coming face to face with Vandal Savage after having previously slit the throat of this uber-rogue, this time Rip manages to yet again get the better of Savage. Whilst Savage can easily spew vitriol about how he€™s going to take great pleasure in killing Hunter€™s wife and son, it didn€™t really seem to bother Rip all that much as he casually detonated an explosion that seemingly took the life of Savage once more. In a scene that had echoes of 2008€™s Iron Man movie, Rip cooly walked off as his opponent was left in his explosive dust.
