There were a number of moments in the trailer that could have potentially taken cues from the legendary Buffy The Vampire Slayer, so let's take a look at some of them, shall we?

For starters, the college setting instantly brings back memories of the show's college-themed fourth season - particularly the premiere episode 'The Freshman' - when the gang leaves high school behind. On top of that, you have a right hook that wouldn't have been at all out of place on the classic show and a few in-your-face one-liners that also felt like they were written for it.
