Doctor Who: 10 Great Actors Who Need To Play Villains

1. Peter Capaldi (On Screen Or Voice)

I hope I surprised people a little bit with this one. Maybe not. But I would love to see the Doctor go face-to-face with himself. We sort of got to see this happen in Nightmare in Silver where the Doctor was fighting something inside of him, but I would want to see what would happen when the Doctor faced the ultimate enemy €“ himself. It would be near impossible to outsmart him, because it€™s the same person. He knows what the Doctor would do in a time like this €“ bonus points if he can see inside the Doctor€™s mind. Evil Doctor would be a match like no one else has seen in the History of Doctor Who, and I think it would be amazing to watch Peter Capaldi fight himself. This comes out to a somewhat selfish need for Peter Capaldi to play a villain. Since announced as the Doctor, I€™ve wanted him to actually play a villain. He has the ability to have that look about him that says villain. Onscreen it would be wonderful to see him fight himself, and put Doctor Who€™s special effects to the test, and as a voice, it would be a wonderful episode to show a true inner struggle. Either way, this would be a companion-heavy episode, and no one€™s better equipped to handle this than Clara. Okay, there€™s my ten. What about yours? Let me know in the comments who you think the Doctor should face off?

I'm currently attending my local college while trying to figure out who I am. I love Doctor Who, Sherlock, really any BBC show. I've also been told I'm a bit of a nerd. Specifically, a theatre nerd.
