Doctor Who: 10 Great Actors Who Need To Play Villains

8. Ralph Fiennes (Voice)

Ralph Fiennes, better known to the world as Voldemort and the new M in James Bond, is one who has a villain-esque look about him. Is that a good thing? Maybe, or maybe not. In this case, yes. Since Harry Potter, Ralph Fiennes hasn€™t been in much of anything to note, except of course James Bond where he played a minor role, but one will be more evident in the coming movies. Ralph Fiennes is a good choice for a villain because we already know he can play one €“ he played a villain in the most successful franchise the world has seen in years, and was outright terrifying in Schindler's List. Though it may be odd to see him play a villainous role with a nose, we know he€™s capable of delivering. I would reckon that he would even be a contender for a series finale, something that has been built up to. We know he€™s capable of delivering on even the most evil of characters. Maybe because Ralph Fiennes is so known to the world as Voldemort, it would be best if he loaned his voice to an alien €“ though we also know he€™s okay with copious amounts of face makeup to change his appearance €“ just so that we€™re not all thinking about Voldemort when we should be thinking about the drama unfolding in front of us. When casted in a role that €“ fortunately or unfortunately €“ typecasts an actor for the rest of their career, it can be difficult for people to think of anyone besides the character the actor is best known for.

I'm currently attending my local college while trying to figure out who I am. I love Doctor Who, Sherlock, really any BBC show. I've also been told I'm a bit of a nerd. Specifically, a theatre nerd.
