Doctor Who: 11 Episodes To Watch Before The Regeneration Tomorrow
9. The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang
Anyone has to watch these if youre watching some of Matt Smiths best work because of one thing: Speeches. Anyone who has read any of my other articles knows Im nuts for Matts theatricality when hes the Doctor, and both of these episodes show it off incredibly well. There are wonderful monologues in both episodes, delivered wonderfully by Matt, which put these episodes automatically on my list of things to watch. We also get to see some of the best work from the other actors as well. Arthur Darvill, Alex Kingston, and Karen Gillan also shine in these episodes. If youre looking for an episode pairing that shows off all the talent in the show, this episode pairing is for you. This episode has humorous moments, serious moments and of course the confusing twist that Doctor Who is known for, which make these episodes perfect to watch if youre looking for a little bit of everything from Matt and the past companions.
I'm currently attending my local college while trying to figure out who I am. I love Doctor Who, Sherlock, really any BBC show. I've also been told I'm a bit of a nerd. Specifically, a theatre nerd.
