1. Omega

Fans have been debating whether Omega had been included for the past couple of seasons he was seen (wrongly)as perhaps the being who was behind the falling of the silence and that says a lot about his status as a classic villain. Simply put, hes not the same as a monster of the week, as his past as one of the legends of Timelord society instantly marks him out as a formidable foe for the Doctor. Hes usually the smartest man in the room, but when confronted with a living legend as Jon Pertwees incarnation was, he needs other incarnations of the Doctor to help him. After all, Omega trumps even the Doctor as the cleverest guy in the room he
invented Galifreyean time-travel, for gods sake. In the seasons since Doctor Whos post-2005 re-birth, it can be argued that things are always slightly too easy for a Doctor who could pull solutions out of absolutely nowhere as anyone who remembers Tennants the bees are disappearing deduction will remember. So to have him go up against someone so formidable and clearly
better than him should be extremely interesting. Couple this with Omegas own tragic backstory pulled into a parallel universe during attempts to invent time-travel and having to witness everyone but him benefit, and youll have an excellent well for drama. And if nothing else, theyd be able to have a whale of a time updating his armour. So those are the villains I think should be revived to face Capaldi's Doctor. Do you agree or disagree?
