1. The Power of the Daleks - 6/6 Episodes Missing
Patrick Troughton's first ever story! Episode One sees the Doctor deal with his first regeneration while Polly and Ben debate whether this strange new man is the Doctor or not. We're left with very little explanation as to why the Doctor changed his appearance and arguably, more questions are asked in scenes such as the newly-regenerated Doctor looking into a mirror and seeing his old face. The second Doctor arrives to a baptism of fire Daleks, on his first day! And these are clever Daleks, scheming and even gaining the trust of humans, proclaiming themselves as servants. One scene that people always say that they want to see is of a Dalek production line, featuring a Dalek placing a mutant into the case of another. Unfortunately this is missing. Could it finally reappear? No matter what is rediscovered, this is an exciting time for fandom and we can only hope that 'new' episodes continue to be rediscovered.
