It could happen, since the Doctor has already let her wreak all kinds of havoc in every other aspect of his day to day life. Why not bring her along to Gallifrey, too? She'd be able to stick to what she knows, at least, by teaching Time Lords in training all about Marcus Aurelius at the Academy. Everyone's a winner. She'd have to keep an eye out for that other Clara that's knocking about the place, though. We hear she likes to hang around in the TARDIS repair shop...
