Doctor Who: 10 Most-Viewed Scenes On YouTube Ranked Worst To Best

5. The Weeping Angels Attack! (Blink)

Just as it was inevitable that an epic speech would make this list, it was also inevitable that a scene from Blink would make the cut too. The episode is a true classic, and the Weeping Angels are one of the most recognisable bits of Doctor Who imagery ever. So of course one of their best scenes was going to get clicked on.

Speaking of clicks, this scene has received 6.3 million of them to date, and there are undoubtedly more to come. This is the climax of the episode, the moment where the Angels are unleashed in all their pointy-fanged horror as they attack Sally and Larry and attempt to get inside the TARDIS, before being unwittingly frozen in place.

It's terrific stuff, with the Angels proving why they're one of the best baddies in Doctor Who history, and because the scene manages to remain terrifying and thrilling every single time you see it, it's got that rewatchability factor that has clearly made it a popular pick with Doctor Who fans on the 'Tube.

Danny has been with WhatCulture for almost nine years, and is currently Doctor Who Editor and WhoCulture Channel Manager, overseeing all of WhatCulture's Whoniverse coverage. He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
