dwer The Master is the embodiment of pure evil. As we saw in €œThe End of Time, Part Two€, it seemed that The Master was lost forever, trapped at the heart of Gallifrey. Surely it would prove that evil in whatever form it manifests itself will always survive no matter how big the odds are.
