4. To See A New Master
John Simm is fantastic as The Master, but he has been The Master since 2007. Maybe it is time for a change? If The Master is to return we might see Simm regenerate into someone else. Surely we would all be extra hyped up for The Masters return if we knew that we would get to see a different Master. Many names have been put forward, like Benedict Cumberbatch, Jonny Lee Miller and others. Imagine Cumberbatch doing the evil cackle or Lee Miller wearing his sharp suit and wielding the laser screwdriver. With a new Master we get a new interpretation and that brings a freshness to the role which would make more people interested in the character and invest in him - or her, if rumours are to be believed.
