4. He Can Speak Horse And Baby

It's most likely inarguable that many of us wish we could communicate with animals. After all, who wouldn't want to know what their pets are thinking? It's the same with babies. So many mothers' jobs would be made easier if they could understand what their screaming child actually wanted. The Doctor doesn't have this problem. He can understand the gender-related struggles of a horse in A Town Called Mercy, and the ambitions of Alfie Owens, or has he prefers to be called, 'Stormageddon'. He can even understand what a T-Rex wants in Deep Breath! Seriously, who wouldn't want this ability? It would make life so much easier! Unfortunately, we will have to stick to the guessing game, seeing as the Doctor is the only one cool enough to have this ability.
