Doctor Who: 10 Things That WON'T Happen In The Christmas Special

9. Wham! Won't Make A Cameo

Sorry to break it to you but a cameo appearance by Wham! is now pretty much off the table - if it was ever on the table at all, that is. Was it ever on the table? Let's just say it was. Initially suggested as one of the possible scenarios the episode's elusive title, Last Christmas, could be referring to, it was speculated (completely in jest, by the way, for those of you who were concerned/had your hopes raised...) that George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley would be making an unannounced appearance to aid the Twelfth Doctor in his debut festive escapade. Previous Doctor Who Christmas Specials have featured the likes of Kylie Minogue and Katherine Jenkins, after all, and the latter even burst into song at the end of her episode and managed to single-handedly save Christmas with her angelic voice in the process. As such, the musical duo popping up wouldn't be completely out of the question and there's no doubt their song has saved its fair share of Christmases in its time, too. This is Doctor Who, though, so the chances are the title 'Last Christmas' actually means that Clara Oswald's gonna die or something as equally horrific. If that does turn out to be the case, there's a song that might just turn out to be particularly comforting...
