9. He Studied Performing Arts At University...
...But didn't actually graduate! John left home for San Diego after graduating from high school but ultimately cut his time at university short when he decided to put his academic studies on hold to move back to merry old England. He never went back when his career started to unfold and he has since revealed that he doesn't regret not completing his studies because he learned more whilst living in the real world than he ever did during any of his lectures. Well, he turned out all right, didn't he?
