You can say what you like about Martha Jones but you can't deny that she remained loyal to the Tenth Doctor (and then some!) until the bitter, bitter end. Most fans laud her for getting a job in a shop to support her and the Doctor when they got zapped back in time and trapped in 1969 by the Weeping Angels but let's not forget that she also once served as his actual maid when he was forced to take on the guise of John Smith to escape the persistent pursue of the formidable Family of Blood. Yep. This intelligent, resourceful and brave doctor in training was forced to partake in really menial tasks, like mopping the floor and bringing the Doctor his afternoon tea, whilst he obviously lived out a normal life as a teacher at Farringham School. Hell, he even managed to make her feel inadequate to Rose Tyler in his facade as an ordinary bloke and, if that wasn't bad enough, Martha also had to sit back and watch him the man she loved dedicate his life to somebody else when he fell head over heels for the school's nurse, Joan Redfern. Suffice to say, Martha had had better days (and ironically, none of them have been with the Doctor...) but it did affirm how dedicated she is, and you can't fault her for that. Well, you probably could, but let's just give her the benefit of the doubt, OK?!
