9. Clara's Theme
http://youtu.be/MVs4SK9OvOU NuWho has made a habit of composing themes characteristic of each main companion and Clara is certainly not excluded from this now long time tradition. Her theme is an innocent, timid lullaby which captures a charmingly mystified - and a bit infatuated - Doctor as he encounters the "impossible girl" throughout time and space. It also communicates an element of curiosity and wonder, the kind Clara must have felt after discovering a magical blue box atop a spiraling staircase in the clouds. And despite this theme not really correlating with the spunky and egomaniac side of Clara, it tells the enchanting story of how two people are fascinated by the enigma surrounding each other. Although they never quite solve their mysteries, they still manage to become best friends along the way.
