3. Where Was The Doctor?
There's not much to say about this one other than the fact that the Doctor woke up from his dream in a mysterious location and surrounded by rocks and fire. On first glance it looks like the volcano from Dark Water but it's probably just your generic formidable foe's fortress. There's also the suggestion that it's setting things up for a future pay off, though, which is much more exciting. If so, what is this place and how did the Doctor get there? Had he been kidnapped? Will he encounter the Dream Crabs again? Were they specifically out to get him or was it all just a coincidence? Given his track record, something tells us it probably wasn't.
