The Time Crash Shuffle In 2007, for Children in Need, the Fifth Doctor in the form of an older Peter Davison appeared in the TARDIS alongside the Tenth Doctor (and of course some years later they became related by marriage!). This means that the Time War is not an impenetrable barrier and so the idea of a reunion is not precluded (unless the Pandorica reboot changed things again - I don't think so). Here the short plot built in the fact that the Fifth Doctor appeared aged by reference to the time gradient or some such timey-wimey idea. This means there is every chance several of the actors could easily re-appear in the special. My assessment is that this is at least an 80% possibility.
