7. Rusty

Series 8's Into the Dalek introduced something of a first for Doctor Who (well, sort of first, if you don't count Evil of the Daleks and numerous novels and comics) - a good Dalek. Rusty, as the Doctor nicknamed him, wanted to destroy the Daleks as much as the Doctor and was last seen saving the human base Aristotle from Dalek attack before leaving to take down their mothership. But could he and the Doctor meet again? Rusty offended the Time Lord when he told him "you are a good Dalek" and the Doctor's own aversion - or perhaps even racism? - towards the Daleks would suggest that they won't become firm drinking buddies any time soon. Still, an ally who can infiltrate Dalek bases and get to know their plans would be a useful aid for the Doctor in stopping the Daleks. Even if he and Rusty don't exactly see eye to eye-stalk. In fact, maybe the pair could team up to defeat the next entry on our list...
