Doctor Who: BBC Centenary Special Trailer Breakdown - 11 Things You Must See

10. Vinder Doesn't Seem As Friendly

Doctor Who The Power of the Doctor
BBC Studios

Portrayed by Game of Thrones' Jacob Anderson, Vinder debuted during the Flux series, and is set to return for this grand finale.

Last time we saw Vinder he was leaving the TARDIS gang with his wife Bel and Karvanista. Over the course of the series, we saw him helping out the Doctor and co, whilst also looking to be reunited with his wife. We don't know how long it has been for Vinder, and so the possibility for him to appear with the other two, as well as his child is totally possible.

He's the first returning character on this list, but this time he's appearing a little colder than before. The trailer show's Vinder wielding his weapon, whilst stood in front of the TARDIS. Is this towards some foe? Or is he possibly keeping the TARDIS crew from getting inside for whatever reason? Could we see continuing fall out from the Flux, which was arguably under addressed at the end of the series?

The speculation could go on and on.

Your writer supposes we'll see in the Autumn what's brought Vinder back into the path of the TARDIS crew.
