
Jo Grant is the first to work with multiple Doctors along with the Brigadier and Sergeant Benton. The story is called the Three Doctors, and it was basically a tenth anniversary episode as well. Due to William Hartnell's deteriorating health, he did not participate as much in the story as Patrick Troughton and Jon Pertwee did. The Three Doctors has an amazing enemy, and both the reactions of Jo and the Brigadier when they first see the Second Doctor is quite humorous. Jo could easily work well with both Doctors. She didn't let the fact the Doctor could change faces and bodies completely overwhelm her. She handled it rather well, while others, handled It should be mentioned before the Three Doctors, the Doctor and Jo were mainly on Earth, due to the Third Doctor being in exile still. The Three Doctors is the story where the Doctor gets his freedom back from the Time Lords, and he is allowed to travel in the TARDIS once more.
