Doctor Who: Every Doctor Kiss Ranked Worst To Best
1. The Meta-Crisis Doctor And Rose Tyler
I'm not crying, you're crying. Audiences were left heartbroken after the Tenth Doctor and Rose were separated at the end of Series 2. So when it was announced that Billie Piper was returning for Series 4, audiences were given hope anew that the pair would be able to rekindle their romance.
What we got was a bit unexpected to say the least. In the finale, Journey's End, a clone of the Doctor is made. When the 'real' Doctor drops Rose off on her parallel world, the Meta-Crisis Doctor stays with her. After whispering to her the farewell words the Tenth Doctor never got the chance to say, they kiss as the TARDIS departs.
It's a highly emotional affair for all involved. Rose and The Doctor clone get to live happily ever after with each other, while the Tenth Doctor is forced to leave the woman he loves with another man.
It's satisfying, heart-breaking and gut-wrenching all at the same time. A perfect end for Rose's arc and for Tennant's main era as well.
Who cares if Billie Piper wasn't a fan. This rules.
