Doctor Who: Every NuWho Cyberman Story Ranked Worst To Best

Finally a good story and a great one at that.

The opening part of the Series 5 finale, sees the Eleventh Doctor uncovering the mystery of the Pandorica while holding off numerous foes, including the Cybermen.

Midway through the episode, the Doctor and Amy Pond are attacked by a reassembling Cyberman. It is eventually defeated by Rory 'The Roman' Williams, but not before it incapacitates the Doctor and nearly killing Amy.

The sequence is suitably tense and scary, a reminder of how Who can do horror effectively. It's a real highlight in an already excellent episode packed full of memorable moments.

Unfortunately while this is an amazing episode, we can't justify putting it higher on this list due to the lack of screen time for the Cybermen. Their extended cameo we get is brilliant, as is the cliffhanger where they join forces with the rest of The Doctor's greatest enemies in order to imprison the Time Lord inside the Pandorica. But as this a Cybermen specific list this is where its journey ends.
