Doctor Who NuWho Companions: Where Are They Now?

1. Arthur Darvill

Arthur Darvill's been keeping himself busy since he left the wonders of the TARDIS behind and you'll be pleased to hear that none of his post-Who roles have required him to die quite so frequently. Well, not yet, at least. He was popping his clogs so much in Doctor Who at one point that it was more of a surprise if he actually got through an entire episode unscathed so it was a relief, more than anything, when he finally succumbed to his fate in Series 7 and got the happily ever after, of sorts, that he deserved. After winning the heart of the nation as the irreplaceable Rory the Roman, Arthur crossed over to the opposite side of the Atlantic where he received critical acclaim for his leading role in Once the musical on Broadway, which he later temporarily reprised in the West End. His most prominent post-Who role to date, though, has been his portrayal of Reverend Paul Coates in the hit ITV crime drama Broadchurch (it's also got David Tennant and Olivia Colman in it, but "it's not like Doctor Who!") and he also recorded this Doctor Who inspired Let it Go cover which you should definitely check out if you're a fan of Frozen.
