10. Sonic Screwdrivers Of Future Past
So that's the family photos covered, but what else might someone have on their desk? A pot of pens, maybe? Well, the Doctor's got his own unique twist on that, too.
In The Pilot's opening scene, we can see that the Doctor has a pot containing several previous models of his Sonic Screwdriver. Namely, the Third Doctor's, the Fourth Doctor's, the Fifth Doctor's, the Eighth Doctor's, two versions of the same model used by the Ninth and Tenth Doctor's and, finally, the Eleventh Doctor's.
Ones missing include the War Doctor's briefly-seen model and the very basic original used by the Second Doctor. It's probably just a coincidence that these two haven't been turned into toys yet...
