Doctor Who Series 11: 4 Ups & 1 Down From 'The Witchfinders'

3. The Transformation Scene

Doctor Who The Witchfinders

It's been a while since we had some body-horror-esque scenes in Doctor Who, and The Witchfinders seemed to be the perfect place to get that gruesome fix. After Lady Savage revealed she was the first to be 'infected' by the mud of the Morax, she eventually turned into one of the Morax species. Rather than have this transformation off-screen, it was there to see in all its glory.

Reminiscent of Doctor Constantine growing a gas mask on his face back in 2005's The Empty Child, this scene would've most likely scared the living daylights out of the younger viewers watching, and it's a staple Doctor Who has been missing for a while.

Also the go-to for Doctor Who, and could tell you why Sans Serif fonts are better than most. Still occasionally tap dances under the desk.
