Doctor Who Series 11 Finale: 10 Things That Must Happen In 'The Battle Of Ranskoor Av Kolos'

3. Graham Deals With Meeting Grace

Graham Grace Doctor Who
BBC

If you’d only been familiar with Bradley Walsh from his time hosting gameshows like The Chase, his performance as Graham might have come as a surprise to you. However, Walsh has been building a respectable career for himself down the years, with long-term roles in the likes of Coronation Street and Law & Order: UK. In those parts, and as Graham in Doctor Who, he’s been charming, likeable, and fit his role like a glove.

While he’s not a spotlight grabber, he’s quietly been the most consistent performer in the cast, struggling to get over the death of his wife and trying to connect with his step-grandson. He’s kept the show ticking away and has had one of the few lasting arcs.

He’s a man with a big heart. The ending of It Takes You Away will affect him deeply. He got to see Grace once more, only to have her cruelly snatched away. Then Ryan called him grandad, and it seemed like he was finally part of the family. How will this change him going forward? His happy go lucky surface will probably remain, but his experiences in Norway will definitely have an impact.
