Doctor Who Series 13: 8 Leaked Details We Already Know

2. Bradley Walsh Might Be Involved In Some Capacity

Even though it's been officially confirmed that the upcoming New Year's Day special Revolution Of The Daleks will be his final Doctor Who episode, Bradley Walsh might not be done with the show just yet.

The same CV that includes Jamie Magnus Stone and Nikki Wilson's names also mentions two cast members, and while one of them is to be expected, the other is quite surprising. Here's a screenshot of the CV...

As you can see, Jodie Whittaker and Bradley Walsh are listed as two of the actors who will be appearing in Series 13, with Wilson and Stone on producing/directing duties.

Considering Walsh's imminent departure, we should obviously take this with a grain of salt, but then again, it isn't exactly unheard of for companions to return to the show after leaving it. Martha Jones popped up a few more times after her Series 3 exit, and way earlier than this, 1983's The Five Doctors brought back a whole host of supporting characters from the show's first 20 years.

Walsh could easily appear in a two-part story in which the Doctor battles an alien threat in modern-day Sheffield, or if he dies in Revolution Of The Daleks, he could return in a flashback or dream sequence. The possibilities are literally endless.

Danny has been with WhatCulture for almost nine years, and is currently Doctor Who Editor and WhoCulture Channel Manager, overseeing all of WhatCulture's Whoniverse coverage. He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
