2. Time Lord VictoriousD10 10j 294Episode: The Waters Of Mars In terms of the resulting outcome of the Doctor's behaviour, this has to be the darkest televised moment since the Doctor Who revival. Unable to handle the burden of being a Time Lord and having to stay away from "fixed points in time", the Tenth Doctor finally takes things into his own hands and goes out of his way to save the remaining crew members of Bowie Base One. Before he does so, Ten exclaims, "The laws of time are mine, and they will obey me!". Not only does he see himself as a God at this point, but he also finally gets over killing his people. No longer feeling sorry for himself, he proclaims himself as not a survivor, but a winner - Time Lord victorious. Feeling resentful that the Doctor had altered history, Captain Adelaide walks into her home and kills herself with her own weapon.
