9. Supergirl
Supergirl's arrival on TV had a very larger-than-life feel because it aired in a primetime slot on CBS and boasted high production values. Though it's not quite as visually ambitious in its current iteration on The CW, it's still one of the most enjoyable superhero shows on television today as you're always guaranteed a fun adventure.
It has had a few rough patches but its light-hearted tone usually guides it back to the skies with some good old-fashioned superhero fun.
Moreover, it doesn't shy away from tackling admirably thought-provoking storylines and Melissa Benoist's performance as the Girl of Steel is one of the greatest superhero portrayals in the genre's history.
