1. Quagmire Murders Jeff

Glenn Quagmire may be a rapist with numerous sexual fetishes, from frotteurism and erotic asphyxiation through to zoophilia, incest and necrophilia, but at least he isn't a murderer. Oh. In the season 10 episode "Screams OF Silence The Story Of Brenda Q", Quagmire learns that his sister is in an abusive relationship with a brute called Jeff, who treats her like the proverbial punching bag. After failing to convince his sister Brenda to leave Jeff, Quagmire decides to take action when Jeff gives Brenda a pounding for simply changing over the TV station. Along with Joe and Peter, Glenn arranges a "hunting trip" with Jeff and plans to shoot him to get him out of the picture. That nearly works, until Jeff cottons onto the plan and takes Quagmire hostage. After forcing him to dig his own grave, Jeff then throttles the life out of Quagmire, but, thanks to his aforementioned auto-erotic asphyxiation fetish, Glenn is able to feign his death and mows down Jeff with his car. Sure, Jeff may have had it coming, but by putting murder alongside his growing list of misdeeds, Seth MacFarlane made Quagmire one of Family Guy's most twisted characters.
