After returning to Boston for the first time since Cheers, Frasier tries various bribes to get his son Frederick into an exclusive boarding school. Accompanied by his ex-wife Lilith, the two abandon their Thanksgiving turkey and gifts it to the private school elite.
Glee and animated film voice actress Jane Lynch plays Cynthia - one those guests. Without her hardened coach voice in lieu of a sophisticated one, Lynch is easy-to-miss in this 1996 role.
Cynthia accepts a cooked turkey in favour of a Thanksgiving tortellini, but it is Lilith and Frasier's persistent annoyance of a Thanksgiving dinner she is attending that secures their son a school place.
