Look at him. What a glorious man. Brian Blessed is a national treasure who's booming voice can be heard across the entire length and breadth of the nation, and that's just when he's trying to whisper. His raucous laugh and fabled voice would be a treat for Thrones fans, but could he be convinced? Again, there are plenty of high lords we're yet to meet, and even if he was only included for a short spell, Blessed would fit like a glove. There's even a few-hundred member Facebook group set up to get the 79-year-old into Westeros, while fans back in 2009 were touting him to be the obvious choice for Robert Baratheon before Mark Addy landed the role. Whether he's given 10 seconds or 10 episodes, it would be awesome to see the legend drafted into the carnage.
