4. Sam, Arya, The Hound And Davos All Survive

We are definitely going to see some significant deaths in the final season - with the expendable figures who survived the penultimate season no doubt most in danger when the Long Night comes and Cersei's deception is simultaneously revealed - but there will be survivors.

As with season 7, some of those survivors might well be quite surprising - like Bronn and Tormund, who we should all accept cannot die, because that would be way too devastating - but others are absolutely nailed on.

For instance, Arya won't die, Davos won't die (because he probably won't be directly involved in battle and everyone likes him too much) and Sam has to survive to write the Game Of Thrones history (because there's no way that isn't his destiny). After a long period appearing doomed, The Hound should also survive (whether it turns out he's magically important or not), though there probably aren't too many more sure-fire bets beyond them.

Even Tyrion might be in trouble now.
