3. Jaime And Cersei Both Die

Now that Jaime has turned against his sister, his status as the Valonqar seems assured, which means it's increasingly likely that he will be the one to end her reign of tyranny, child or no child.

There is no way Cersei can come out of the Great Game alive (just as there's no way she's going to win). Her deception of Dany and Jon is effectively the second last nail in her coffin, while her treatment of Jaime is the final one. After standing by her through evil thick and thin, she has alienated her most dangerous ally - the man who knows everything about her, weaknesses and all.

She's dead meat.

Unfortunately for Jaime, he's probably also going to be killed, no matter how heroic his turn to Tyrion's side is. He might have gained back some of his footing as a mostly good guy, he's done way too much in his past for any heroic act to completely absolve him. Unless it's total heroic sacrifice, which makes it likely that he's going to follow his sister to the Lannister tomb.
