Game Of Thrones Season 3: 10 Things We Can't Wait To See

8. White Walkers

Westeros' very own zombie contingent has been biding its time as of late. Since our initial encountering of the White Walkers - way back in the prologue to season one - their numbers have swelled to enormous proportions. This can partly be accredited to Mance Rayder's unifying of the wildlings, and Lord Commander Mormont's mustering of the Night's Watch, which has left the Walkers with a score of new 'recruits' to feast upon.

At the end of season two, their impending assault on the Watch left many fans feeling uneasy. Should they reign victorious, who will be left to stop them? The wildlings are more concerned with avoiding them, whilst the lords in the South are too busy fighting their civil war. And what of Samwell Tarly? Why is he spared? We'll find out soon enough, though the tension is nigh on unbearable.
