3. Jon Vs. Ramsay

If the rumours are true, things are about to go nuclear in the North. There's been talk of a northern coalition assembling to crush the Boltons, all led by a resurrected Jon Snow, and if that happens, Ramsay will more than likely be the battle commander for Roose's men. Ramsay's death will come, some day. It's anybody's guess when that will come, but if this rumoured fight does in fact blow up as expected, a single-combat duel between good and evil, 'Stark' and Bolton, Jon and Ramsay could provide the sort of death scene for the latter that will have you fist-pumping and cheering at the TV.
