6. Ramsey Must Die

Ramsay is a great character. He's a psychotic, controlling lunatic, but still a great character. However, I'd say it's about time he started getting the comeuppance he's deserved since we were first introduced to him. Torturing Theon into becoming the sub-human Reek has been one of his most cruel acts, but raping Sansa was another dire turn for Ramsay. In addition to his sheer cruelty, Ramsay has shown moments of military command and tactical nous, what more does he have to offer? He's still a very relevant character, but after shocking us for so long, he may start to lose effectiveness on the audience. If that's the case, it's time for Ramsay to die, and when he inevitably does, it's going to be beyond savage.
