There have been some major scenes throughout the entire series, but it could be argued that the only ones to really matter are those that include the ultimate enemies. The White Walkers. Hardhome was an insane feat of TV cinematics and will take an enormous effort to beat it. But is that even possible? Each season has seen the White Walkers grow in power and their appearances have been increasingly mind-boggling. If the writers want to top Hardhome they're going to have to pull off something astronomical, and the natural next step is approaching and overcoming the Wall. I'm worried the walkers could take a step back, but then again, Benioff and Weiss have already achieved remarkable things in Game of Thrones so far. Who am I to say they can't pull off the spectacular yet again?
