Game Of Thrones Season 6: 10 Things You Can Expect To Happen
3. Tommen Will Die
Once again the Iron Throne looks like the most dangerous seat in the world, and not just because it's forged from hundreds of lethal swords. The Lannisters have hit their lowest ebb to date, with Tywin dead, Tyrion fled, Joffrey wed (then dead), Cersei shamed and Jaime maimed. Even the poor, sweet Myrcella was finished off in the Season 5 finale. One of the only remaining Lannisters yet to be crushed is the most important, and equally the most pathetic. Tommen is the next to go according to Cersei's prophecy, but will he?
It might not happen because... following Myrcella's death, he'll be under maximum security. Everyone (EVERYONE) is expecting Tommen to die in Season 6, but it wouldn't be a shock to see Thrones keep air in his lungs for a little longer. It will take a mighty effort, and a hell-bent assassin to eliminate Tommen inside the Red Keep with such outrageous levels of security set to be in place. It's a certainty that the young King will die at some point in the near future, but there's a genuine chance he could go another 10 with the crown on his head.
